Podcasts: What are they and how to listen!

Custom Juice
Originally uploaded by lansinglibrary.
The term comes from combining “iPod” and “broadcast.” An easy way to understand it is audio on demand. You listen when it’s convenient for you. Early bird or night owl, podcasting can fit your schedule!

No iPod necessary. Just download a podcast aggregator (or "podcast catcher") and subscribe to what interests you.

You can get started right away by downloading our custom version of Juice. This special version comes pre-loaded with our Lansing Public Library podcasts!

Thanks to Friends of Lansing Library for making this possible.

More information on podcasts can be found on our podcast information page.

Thanks Friends!

Friends of Lansing Public Library purchased a Flickr account for Lansing Library. Now we have unlimited capacity to share photos of our library events! You can view all our photos here.

Thanks Friends!!
